Tricolour Trottole with Chicken Meat Balls

Tricolour Trottole with Chicken Meat Balls

 

500grm Tricolour Trottole noodles
Boil as directed!

Chicken minced meat Balls:
400grm chicken mince meat
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp paprika powder
1/2 dry oregano
1 soaked and drained white roll bun from previous day
2tsp oil
1tsbl water

DIRECTIONS:
-knead all and make a nice smooth dough
-form tiny ballls by greasing plams

Sauce:
1 pk of tomatoe puree (400ml)
3tblsp tomato paste
2-3 pods fresh garlic
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 all herbs(dill,basil,oregano,thyme,provence herb)
1/2 tsp corn flour
4tblsp oil

-heat oil
-sprinkle sliced garlic and fry light pink
-pour in the tomato puree
-mix in all the spices+ the tomatoe paste and stir
-lay the mince balls in it and just mix with light hands
-cover and let simmer for a while
-after 10 min add the corn flour slowly to thicken the sauce
-let cook with lid covered

-serve with Tricolour Trottole, sprinkle parmesan cheese or even grated cheese while its hot, tastes very creamy :)
